no need to jump off the bridge yet denver. the broncos are a first class organization and team as currently constructed. granted, theres some big decisions to be made on pending free agents but youre gonna be just fine. i think this town is quick to set unrealistic expectations and then are terribly wounded when things dont pan out. remember, only one team is happy at the end of the year. consistent excellence matters a lot and youve been solid for quite some time. you have excellent ownership, a driven GM who knows a thing or two about falling short multiple times before coming up big, a committed and passionate fan base, the only place in the world with an actual home field advantage, and an amazing city that attracts free agents. if thats not doing it for you, well, try this one on: at least youre not oakland.
