not often i have a moan but today its rant time haha , ok we keep our prices as low as we can , we do not buy from ebay and resell we buy direct from the wholesalers, yes you can order some of our items for cheaper on ebay but they are from sellers in china, therefore sometimes items look nothing like the photo, they offer zero customer support, no exchange or refund policy, your waiting around 4 weeks for your item to come & its subject to customs charges which you are liable to pay to have the item imported to the UK , we offer an all round service , no quibble refund/exchange policy, 48 hour delivery time and all customs charges have been paid, most of the time there isnt a uk seller cheaper than us on ebay, i have a sucessfull shop on ebay so if we are ripping people off why would people choose to buy from me on there when they can see all the others!! Matalan sell the exact same anna & elsa dress ups as we do for £16, we charge £10 & there around £7 from a china seller on ebay plus any charges you pay need to pay, you wouldnt go into Matalan and say excuse me your ripping me off you can buy this cheaper on ebay! trying my hardest to provide a great service and clothing and getting fed up of nasty comments x if you dont like it dont buy from us or follow our page buy from china and take the risk! x thank you ! x
