now just to take a moment here to explain the reason im sharing this one... yes it seems like the officer is being a complete jerk wad,but you must understand at a dui check point there are certain things they check you for..I.E. the smell of your breath, which they cannot do with your window rolled down 2 inches. between that and thinking we know everything you just make them more suspicious. if this kid had pulled up with his window rolled down, answered the officers questions and handed him his i.d. i can guarantee you ,there would have been nothing more than a have a good evening at the end of this video!
