*off topic* Anyone here suffer from migraines? I get a few a year, mostly they are over within a 12 hour period - but i have just had one thats lasted about 36 hours. Its the worst i have had ever. Any tricks / natural medicines that anyone takes to help prevent the onset of them. I usually know they are coming on and can treat them early, but this one snuck up on me! I would love to find something natural i can take regulary to help minimise them and their effects. (been thoroughly tested several times on other causes) but i know many people suffer from migraines and figure there must be some natural medicines that helps!
