Im going abroad for a 5 months long internship and need someone to take good care of my room. Unfortunately, this is a temporary stay offer and registration with the town hall is not allowed. The room comes furnished, but still feels rather spacious (approximately 25 m2). It has a 2x2 meter bed, two large tables, an office chair, a bookshelf, a big closet and a small IKEA table. So you don’t need to buy much to start living there. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood a bit further away from the city centre. It takes about 12 minutes cycling to get to the city centre and just 7 minutes cycling to get to TU Delft campus. The room is also easily accessible by public transport - several busses and tram 1 stop very close (just a 3-4 minutes walk). The tram goes all the way to Den Haag and the beach of Scheveningen. There is a PLUS supermarket, a bakery, a barber, a few cafes and several smaller shops just within 30 meters from the apartment. A bigger JUMBO supermarket is also within walking distance. You will have your own room, but will be sharing the apartment with one other person – a recently graduated and now working professional. The kitchen, shower and toilet are thus shared. The ideal candidate is a nice and easy-going person, just like his or her future housemate, preferably a student at one of the institutions in the area in his twenties. But recently graduated students and working professionals are also welcome.
