oh boy...i have a very cranky piriformis/sciatica on my left side. did a yoga/stretch routine and it feels a bit better. i could definitely feel the stretch as i was flowing through the moves which was uncomfortable but in a good way. :) again, it is all about finding and maintaining a balance. i like the intense w/os because it offers me a sense of pride in my abilities but then I NEED the rest days and low intensity w/os to balance me out and prevent burnout/injuries...both of which i have experienced. geez, youd think at 48 i would have it figured out...i guess that is why its called a journey...theres always things to figure out ;) i also came across a routine called the 5 Tibetans which is purported to be the answer to the fountain of youth. ill buy that! ;) i plan to incorporate this in my daily routine...preferably in the morning...i think it may make me feel good! :) *link in comments enjoy your day, whatever it entails, i am going outside in the sun!
