oh the ice bucket challenge. Ive been having a struggle with this one. I appreciate the awareness that its raising for a great cause but Im not a huge fan of all the wasting of the water during this sketchy drought - maybe its silly, but I decided to do something that will allow me to see this ice bucket challenge in a positive light. this is not to encourage anyone to partake in the ice challenge by any means, but if youre going to do so anyway and its going to show up on my facebook/twitter/instagram feed, I decided to donate $3 to charity: water for every one of these posts that I see from now until Saturday morning. I know this isnt the perfect solution to droughts or charities or donating or anything, but different things work for different people - its the temporary solution for me. If you’re challenged to do the ice bucket thing, I highly encourage you all to pull the Charlie Sheen and make it just rain bills that you’ll be donating to ALS – hold the ice.
