ok... i am s o tired of getting this question, how can i get a 6 pack??? well... its not hard. GET OFF THE COUCH OR YOUR PHONE AND WORK OUT. -_- i would suggest if ur obese to start off with running, alot of running, running burns calories, but remember to eat rite, protein and carbs should become ur best friend, after u lost the fat... i recommend going to a gym, not a regular gym unless u want alot of muscle, but i recommend crossfit. crossfit varies from pullups to lifting weights to running, but work on doing crunches. now for average people... i suggest pushups wich works ur arms and ur chest... and do alot of crunches.... my estimate around 200 a day... but give ur muscles a break every other day, for example, do 200 pushups on monday, wednesday, friday, and then do crunches on tuesday, wednesday, saturday, rest on sunday, or go to church... but remember to drink lots of water, muscle is 70% water, i also recommend drinking 2 scoops of muscle milk before and after ur workout to recover ur muscles
