ok i dont do this much but im on the war path today. i want to know if any one else out there gets back child suport for kids who are now 25-30. and if they ever had to get a welfair check even once to help take care of a child. and if they were told by child suport that the back childsuport they never went after is now owed to the state of ohio and you and your child get no suport. i worked most of the time but i did go get a check once or twice and my x never realy had to pay never went to jail for not paying. and my brothers x was on the hole 15 - 20 years her kids were growen up and got way more checks then i did but my brother is sitten in jail and when he does pay she gets it. wtf is goen on here. my nephew was in jail for 60 days for not payen yet bo cook never paid and never went to jail. some thing is rong with this system. please if you ever been told this or ask your moms and see if they were ever told this please let me know cuz as of right now i have not found one other person who has been told they signed this peice of paper that by the way no one can even show me a copy of . come on they say i signed it but no one has a copy so how do they know i signed it. im so pissed. i worked and left my kids and i get shit on by the system but women who sat on there ass for years still get a free ride. while i get treated like shit. well i want to know if any one else has herd of this. or been told this story. they say i signed this paper 20 years ago and i dont know one person who has ever herd of it. give me a brake. its not that i want money cuz if they gave it to me id give it to my son cuz its child suport. but it just pisses me off that they never made him pay when i needed it for school cloths and never put him in jail for not payen but my brother has paid over the years and every time he hits a ruff spot and cant pay they lock him up. and his x dont give the money to the child she spends it on her self. but she still gets it so i just want to know who makes this call. who goes to jail who dont. its all bull shit. child suport is a joke.
