ok so everyone is telling me Cedar Grove Heights is section 8 and scummy, but i just saw a really nice apartment there, own yard, next tor the playground, driveway, garage, with very nice non scummy landlords??? and the street was really nice, all houses.... none of those trashy long line apartments... what gives? is there a nice area inside of cedar? cuz these few streets were really nice, clean, and seemed very safe
