ok, so i am working on a new concept and I would love your input. I am looking to open a coffee house that would be open from 7am-11pm 7 days a week, offer premium and regular coffee and a variety of sandwiches and pastries, have accoustic rock and jazz several nights a week along with open mike and maybe even Karaoke, have comfortable seating for groups to meet, etc. I need to know what you would like to see to make it a place you would go to hang out. I already know there really isnt anywhere cool for the 16-21 year old crowd that isnt loud, illegal or involves bowling. And quite frankly, I get tired of going places where I feel obligated to buy booze if I dont want to drink. So ideas? Can be towards music, design, foods, drinks, tell me the idea sucks, tell me you want to invest, and location! Any help is appreciated!
