ok so i have a 95 gmc sierra 1500, 5.7L. that jus quit running one day (not while i was using it, she died in the night lol), ran fine night before...had no spark so i replaced the whole distributor (yes i marked it and had it tdc#1 lol) with another icm and good pickup coil (835ohms)..brand new coil pack, cap and rotor dont look bad. manual says i need voltage on the red wire at coil and icm, i have 10.somthing, so i assume thats good, then it says test tach lead for atleast 10v which i have, which eliminates ignition switch apparntly..ive done everything in the manual that says can cause no spark...any ideas? i thought she was my friend, but shes a dirty ol whore~
