ok, so you can rejuvenate silica gel desiccant (drying agent) by heating it to something above 300 degrees for awhile. an ordinary oven is likely best, but a microwave will work. couple of minutes on high, let it cool, and repeat. might need as much as ten passes thru. most of the silica gel you see nowadays comes in little packets, tiny plastic bags frequently of styrofoam composition. before you heat the gel you need to be certain to remove it from the styrofoam packets. i will leave it to your discernment to determine how i might have discovered this. bobby truly bozo some days. oh hell, truth be known, LOTS of daze! stuff stinks when it burns, know?
