ok this is just way too fun ..even from an airport?? Im in Minnesota (on route to the Maritimes) never been here before, and i never new it was such a fantastic place, i could tell i was gonna love it from the window on the plane :) THERE WERE TREES EVERYWHERE and LAKES TOO …1000s of them... i thought i was looking at heaven... everyone appeared to have there very own forrest of majestic beauties of fall splendour and a lake :) haha …when i got into the airport for the 5 hour layover i read up on this wonderful surprise place…did you know there are over 11000 lakes here and they say 1 in 6 have a boat ,haha maybe it is heaven, heehee. did you know the Mississippi river starts here?? or that Paul Bunyan and his faithful ox blue hail from this place or the adorable Laura Ingles (1/2 pint) from little house on the prairie ( i always loved Charles,haha) ..the largest inland shipping port is here..And the largest mall boasting almost 600 stores…oh Bob Dylan was born here :)…and the green giant vegetables hail from here…its just crazy i could go on and on..and maybe i will for just a moment more, the trees still have what appears to be all their leaves... now coming from Cardston Alberta this is a dear and sacred thing where ours appear to be about gone until perhaps the end of MAY?? Did you know that most of the wild rice we consume is grown here?? ok who new? Of course there is much more babbling to do about this wonderful surprise, but i think its just going to have to suffice that it really pays to get out of dodge and remind ourselves that we live in a pretty fantastic country…Oh my heck, the maritimes is next, heaven help me its all just too too wonderful.. back to mission days, all the wonderful people to squeeze and …do revisit with SHROP :) need i say more.. speaking of Shrop i do believe her plane just landed…. :)
