okay…eventually it took 2 hours for me to hand in my phone for service…these stupid fxxktards in the biggest apple store in HK… when im late 20 mins for my appointment they cancel my appointment so i have to wait another 30 mins and they ask me to come 5 mins early…when i do show up 5 mins early they make me wait for 15 mins and no appologies… then…the guy says that i have to go to an authorised premium service provider with serius issues such as cannot switch the phone on, especially if i bought my phone from a premium reseller…which is my case… so the guy googles a few places and tells me SheungWan is the closest place and asks me to capture the address… i walk down and up and take a subway there to find this tiny tiny store and eventually get there to find out that its just a mobile phone shop who doent even sell iphones… i head back to IFC mall furious…and find this guy with a tablet and ask him to get me the guy who helped me b4…he says since my session was canceled there is no info… then he asks me all the details me again when im still furious… im about to shout at him and then he checks my serial no and tell me that my phone was not purchased from HK…excuse fxxking u… r u kidding me… he asks me for my receipt… no i dont hav it with me…because never needed it b4… eventually he asks me to wait…i look around and find the guy who gave me the bogus info and tell the guy who asked me to wait thats the guy and i want to talk to him…hes talking to a lady and i wait but had to appogize and interrupt in between and tell him i just came back from the place he told me visit which is incorrect… he still dont tell me hes sorry but just simply googles again then tell me now the closest place is CausewayBay…And excuses himself to talk to the manager and eventually tells me that hes sorry and the manger aggreed to make an exception to receive my phone and fix it at the apple fxxking store… eventually…i was leaving the store 7:20pm which was 2 hours later from my 2nd appointment time… WTF APPLE…
