okay , this was crazy or im developing Dementia early... played the Seasons gig last night , packed my Ipad and cord and left for the Redhead. Got to the Head and the room is packed , Thom and Lisa are tearin it up . I move to the piano after their shift and began to set up .... mic, Ipad cords , water ..etc .people are ready ... I look at the piano and !!!!!! NO IPAD!! , i look everwhere : i tear up my case , I look on the floor , on the shelves , back of piano . I then panic for real and rush out of the Redhead , find a cab and go back to Seasons ,which is now closed . get inside ... no Ipad ,,, rush back to redhead , go into the garage where I am parked and search my car ... no ipad . Finally in resignation I face the truth and try to perform without it .Im sweating bullets and trying to navigate first on the laptop , which i keep pinching the screen , only to realize its not touch screen .. finally i am dwindled down to looking up each request on my note phone , I am devastated and to top it off , my batteries almost gone, remarkably i have a good set ,and make a substantial amount of tips . By now my battery is dead and i take a break to go back to my car for an adapter . Get back to the stage and look down at the piano bench .... GUESS WHAT MY FAT BUTTS BEEN SITTIN ON ALL THIS TIME ????ha ha !!!
