on my mind is the injustice in the UK legal system where the owners of the Caravan (£30,000) retired and still paying for it. Cannot or the police will not reinstate it to its legal owners. Stolen by theives and sold in a pub for £300, come on this beggs belief because there is a law where buying in suspicious circumstances is illegal i.e. in a pub for 1% of its real value does not prove ownership, and is not a sale in the legal sense receipt or not. The police seem not to care to inform the legal owners of the where abouts of said Caravan, even though they still make monthly payments. I fully understand the legalities of the situation but where oh where is the common sense (in law) . It is also my beleif that the "owners" make NO contribution the stae and the Purchasers do. For me the "anomolies do not justify the result so whats to be done any legal representation want to comment on this or take the case on. This also high lights the Urgent need to remove our selves from the so called "Human Rights act" ( which idiots constructed this law too.) It proves the in-justice of this heanous law and in practice is counter Productive.
