Over $17,000 has been donated to Veterans of Lowndes County – primarily the American Legion Post 13. Course: Starts on North Ashley Street, in front of WinnDixie MarketPlace. Travels the length of Patterson Street to the Talk 92.1 FM Radio Valdosta studio’s perched atop The Firm Fitness Center, ...between Central Avenue and Hill Avenue. Awards: The first 25 Male and Female finisher’s will receive their award in the finish chute. $50 cash awards will be mailed to the Top Overall, Master and Veteran Male and Female – with a $25 bonus to a new course record in each division. T-Shirts: All Pre-Registered participants who cross the finish line will be assured to receive a short sleeve T-Shirt after you cross the finish line. You must EARN the award by completing the event. All Late and Race Day registrants who finish will receive shirts while supplies last on race day. A re-order will occur and you will have to make arrangements to pick up your shirt at a later time. Entry Fee: $15.00 through June 24th - $20.00 June 25th through July 3rd – $25 on Race Day – July 4th. There is a Family Discount through July 3rd– [Parent(s)/Children under the age of 18] $52 if received by 06/24, $70 thru July 3rd. No Family Discount offered on race day – all race day $25 fee.
