only criminals need rights (the chant of the dumbass while the government was seeking to encroach upon our rights, and succeeded), if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear (perhaps if the government is doing something they do not want exposed, this is not the time to do those things because the government is recording itself and that is admissible as evidence against the government, by government we mean the people and not the document and perhaps Miranda is implied for them because they know full well anything can and will be held against them). now that we see each other a bit more clearly, do you (the police state) understand the meaning of the propaganda chanted in favor of violating the Constitution? in a world where the International Criminal Court would not be preparing to prosecute American war criminals unless they are in fact war criminals, you do understand guilt is established prior to making the guest list and the trial merely decides extent of participation and the punishment. being tried in that court does not protect any of them from being tried under US law as well. in fact every country they committed a crime in can prosecute them.
