“our intention is to not interfere with the academic enterprise.” ----------------------------------------------------- Subject: Campus Facilities Assessment Cooper Union has begun the process of evaluating our campus facilities to determine the overall condition and performance of our vital systems and equipment as part of the creation of an overall campus asset renewal program. Beginning on Monday, August 11, 2014 we will be performing a visual inspection of all campus facilities. You may notice an inspector briefly entering into our facilities to conduct this assessment. The inspector will always be escorted by a Cooper Union employee. The inspection will be as brief as possible and our intention is to not interfere with the academic enterprise. The inspection will be completed by Thursday, August 14, 2014. We thank you all in advance for your cooperation and we complete this essential inspection to keep our mechanical systems fully functional. Chris Chamberlin Associate Dean of Student Affairs
