our taxi driver knew where the Vets office was and off we roared (putted) ,arriving at destination turns out clinic doubled as Drs residence. Thinking we would need to return during business hours (not wait in of front of house ) the driver hops off tricycle and starts yelling at gate to wake up the doc. couple minutes pass and the doctor opens door and after brief conversation with driver motions to Suezy to over . Our new vet turns out to be a very nice Pinay (female). She (i forgot name .Ill credit her later) exams the dog and announced the obvious ,dehydrated, malnurited, chronic flea infestation. She proclaimed our new dog to be a street dog and no boubt didnt have an owner ,probably never has. The dogs broken leg probably hapenned a long time ago since he was so adjusted to hobbling about and no signs of pain >>>more later
