people say what is the relation between FDI and black money I am practising professional in FEMA matters and i can tell with certainity that if u have black money stashed aborad, form a company outside india and send fdi to India and there is no norms for usage and also there is no taxes involved in such remittance any other method of sending foreign money from Foreign money outside India has heavy transactional cost and cumbersome reporting so some time when government considering increasing FDI,it creates doubt in my mind because genuine FDI comes when domestic player has faith on Indian Economyh. Indian enterpreneur are setting up factories out side India due to coervice and multiple tax regime so why foreign company will invest in such complicated economy
