please ALL sign & share: Raju the elephant that cried when he was rescued and freed in July of 2014 may have to be returned to his cruel owners. Raju was rescued after spending almost 50 years in spiked chains, at the time of his rescue he was near death. He was emaciated, dehydrated and exhausted. Despite his frailness, he was forced to beg on the streets and was being kept in spiked chains. Now the cruel person who owned Raju is trying to get him back claiming he is their ‘rightful property’ .The court hearing is scheduled for September 11th in Allahabad, India . His former owners need to be charged with animal abuse and neglect – not to be handed back Raju who deserves a good life after his years of suffering. We need your voice to keep his freedom
