please newbies stop adding me to stupid little groups where the words macros.natty and boom are abundant. ive been in the bodybuilding game for 24 years and dont want to see vids of arnold pumping iron on my feed everyday i seen them first time round before you were born lol. yes i train and yes i compete own my own gym and like bodybuilding but i no longer get excited over posts on pumping iron/macro intakes or weather hes a natty (stupid word its natural if you didnt know lol) and who cares anyway.
