please please please dont share things that are truly horrific. I am fully aware of the horrors in the world and I know that something should be done about it but my mental health cannot really take it, please try and be mindful if you are on my friends list what ever you share everyone can see. if you are keen to share things let me know and I will hide your notifications. I know it seems a blinkered view and selfish that i sometimes seek happy happy lala land but honestly I am an activist for change and I do a lot in the community to support and help others, I just need to keep sane and not cry a the horror in the world (I pray one day we will be in a world free of cruelty and pain i really do) but for the meantime feel free to share as much about love and creativity as you can xxx
