please,please, please, make sure your dogs have had all boosters including kennel cough up to date, unfortunately for one customer this morning I have had to refuse entry due to no kennel cough being done even though at time of booking in person this was explained as it always is to new customers, that it is not part of the annual booster, obviously the customer was not happy which I completely understand but I have to protect the other 35 dogs we have with us, as for not being refunded we are running a business and we are fully booked with it being half term and can not afford to lose money for a kennel for over a week being left empty, if we had not been full and not turned work away for this week then I would have course refunded her in total even though I am not obliged to I am now expecting a bad review oh well nothing I can do about it
