please remind me why i do PT?? 30kg back squats, bent over rows with 20kg barbell, 30kg bench press, 15kg barbell bicep curls..etc etc - so not looking forward to what my trainer will have in store for me when I get back from overseas holiday in October after a very long awaited indulgence of Cornish clotted cream, then french pastries and berthillon ice-cream, followed by strudel, schnitzel and spaetzle....yummm..
