please save CARMEN! Beautiful 2 year old Carmen needs out of the shelter before noon tomorrow when the plan on destroying her. Please share and advocate for her before it is to late... A volunteer writes: Our Carmen is no temptress but a simple and gentle little female, found as a stray. She has been a mother recently and was most likely still feeding her brood when she was let go by her people…She is emaciated and quite hungry, looks for food but takes treats quite gently from my hand after sitting for them…Carmen is an easy going little girl, taking her cues from me, almost careful not to step over the boundaries that were set for her. She walks nicely on the leash and eliminates as soon as we leave the building. She meets other dogs, upclose in a very civil way. Carmen seems to know well her ways around people. She is unassuming, calm, well mannered, very pleasant to be around and loves the attention she most likely craved for and never quite got…Imagine what a lovely and loving companion this small gal would make if you give her a chance, the chance to show how much pent up feelings she has in her, the chance to be a pet, cared for, safe, wanted and loved..Yep, that would be like winning the million dollar jackpot for Carmen and your chance to win a great forever best friend.
