Here is another one reported back in April 24, 2014 where a women was caught dragging a dog behind her car in Dangjin, South Korea. She was stopped by the people who recorded this video but was let go after making an excuse that she didnt know the dog was being dragged. Coexistence of Animal Rights on Earth (CARE) reported this case to the authority for the violation of Animal Protection Law but the the condition of this dog whether he/she is live or dead is unknown and CARE is trying to find that information and waiting for tips from anyone with that information. This is why South Korea desperately needs stricter Animal Protection Laws and also the dog meat consumption has to be stopped. As long as eating dog is allowed in South Korea this type of psychopathic cruelty will continue everywhere in their society.
