plz participate n make wage rev campaign successful ,Dear fd some times person behaves differently as individual n have stand different in group n different in an organization hence this is all only human behavioral trait hence it is the leader who choose d best traits for d benefit of members having more transparency with winning confidence of members which always support ultimate decision of our leaders but here we r more concerned with denying sentiment which in fever of wage rev hike of bank emp. while UFBU r also negotiating for d same but if issue is more emotional n personal as every bank employee n there family(10 lacs emp. on family) r attached with every decision of UFBU then decision of UFBU should b transparent enough as i m only 6yr old in banking industry n my experience is that all d call of strike of union is successful but we received poorer negotiation.as in election yr we can materialized better than else while IBA tactic is 2 delay negotiation till june 2014 so that they negotiate poorly as they did in 9th bipartite settlement once they offered 17-5% n changed to 13-5% we r unable to achieve any thing after completion of election in2010
