poor leadership characterized by extragavance,fascism,corruption,resource misappropriation and gross mismanagement provokes us to soul search about :-presidential powers,a federal govt,reducing members of parliament,nullifying army m.ps,removing special interest groups,revoking special presidential appointments,nullifying parallel govt structures in state hse,prohibiting public appointments of next of kin,a ceiling to presidential pledges and re-introduction of term limits. perhaps then we may be protected from the excesses of the present and future rulers and insure the future generations.benefits will involve among others governance,accountability,plunder,resource utilization and dictatorship.
