praying for the US Virgin Islands: Father, we unite in prayer with the body of Christ that You have planted in the Virgin Islands of the USA. We are one body crying out for the church to awaken out of sleep. It is high time; for now salvation is nearer than when we first believed. Father, forgive and revive those who have allowed distractions of the age, and the pleasures of false glamour, and deceitfulness of riches to creep in and choke out Your Word. We pray that Your goodness will lead them to repentance and bring holiness to completion in the fear of God. In the name of Jesus, we call forth every precious word of Scripture that has ever entered into their minds and hearts that it would rise up in power within them and become fruitful. Together we worship You, the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy…the One who dwells in the high and holy place. You are with those who are of a contrite and lowly spirit to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite. Empower Your people to be effective witnesses and laborers of the end-time harvest, in the name of Jesus. (Romans 2:4 & 13:11-12; Mark 4; 2 Corinthians 7:1; Isaiah 57:14-16)
