pregnant mommas! working out IS possible - sometimes it requires modifications, but the important part is that we are MOVING and keeping our muscles strong. Here are a couple of moves that I wanted to share from my workout today. 1⃣ A normal side leg raise (targets obliques) can be modified to a simple one leg raise. 2⃣ Next, a traditional plank and leg raise can be modified by keeping one knee on the floor. 3⃣ Always be sure to stretch your back too! It can definitely be our most sensitive spot for 9 long months
