presenting yourself publicly through the internet is such an interesting experiment in the mystery of social media... best never to take anything personally... especially when people unsubscribe from your email newsletter list. Interestingly, I just checked my mailchimp account to check on the reports from the latest few newsletters, and I noticed that a few people left comments on why they unsubscribed. The one that caught my eye literally said: I pray you put your ego in check... Another one simply said, Whore. My thought is.. Huh. Thats interesting. Okay. whatever. I just think its funny that somebody is telling me to put my ego in check, when what Im trying to do is reach for my own personal dream of music, singing, creativity and living in my passion.. Is this egotistical? I dont think so. I think its soulful. Ill keep doing my best to just keep following my inspiration & my dreams, and let it lead me where ever it goes, even if it goes absolutely nowhere.... All I really want to do is give myself to my creativity and create beauty. I think thats the opposite of egotistical. But it does require a level of courage and confidence...
