previous i point out about Motivation yes The self - appreciation is very important for employee . when employees are not motivated at work & the boss give opportunity only few selected employees as he likes when all other employees are not motivated at work. They tend to blame the organisation or the boss. however one needs to look for motivation with in and realistic i e - the right man all ways in right place that it is yr own drive and passion for work that should motivate you to perform well.Self-appreciation is the highest form of inspiration. It is imp to ensure that employees are motivated enough in their job so that u can trust them with work and create responsible leaders. it increase efficiency at work also adds value to the organisation. A demotivated employee can drag the morale of the entire team. why i say this because one of bank officer transfer without reason according to him though he is efficient what i have seen in a oriya news chanel many instance also in many organisation with out resonant allways the employee victims . A person goes through upheavals in their day to day life.to helps cope better at work. Encouragement is very important it helps an employee strive to do better at his job every body needs a mentor so that they can be shown the right path there are many who have the potential to shine but lack focus in this case the management should give oportunit where employees can freely interact and share their problem .my friends above all we should take care for our betterment because the subordinate allways victimized rather boss .
