#pushyourlimits Little snippet of my 30 minute power workout from Saturday! Im limiting myself to half an hour per session at the moment but mixing it up and keep the intensity high. Here I am using my maximum weight on each exercise. Each exercise is repeated back to back followed by 90 sec-2min rest then repeated another 5-6 times; 15 clean and press 15-20 cable squat and row 15 trunk rotations each side. 15 single leg leg press(not pictured). Give it a go-perfect for when you are short on time! Still feeling it today!!
