question from a lovely reader, she and a few friends want to do some baking and things that can be easily frozen to help a mum who is battling cancer. She is having meals cooked for her by church but no roster so thinking of things like lunchbox treats that people can bake, drop off and go in the freezer for later. First cab off the rank for me is cinnamon rolls, bake up 5-6 trays, wrap them in alfoil and a plastic bag and they freeze so well and pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Yum.
