random old poems of mine I wish I had one morsel to trust Someone with intensions deeper then lust Hidden agendas from all that I meet Under their masks they’re Full of deceit My words go through them like a phantom Shallow thoughts from a mind so bantam There vision is blurred from who I am No more chances there all condemn No one truly seems to care So many lives lead to despair People claw to get on top To get what they want they will never stop Lie, use, abuse, and kill What ever happened to genuine good will? Each of us have viewed a different set Our lifelike play is all that we get All that I’ve seen molded me like clay I am my opinion to what’s seen each day Through my chapters I’ve felt dark sorrow Only making me grip tighter for the grace of tomorrow No ones script is written the same Luck of the draw for how life became Life’s path Life’s path that you pave Can one day enslave Hind sites like a curse Watching yourself in a hearse Think hard of your actions Not a quick moments satisfaction One day as you slip away You will look back on the path you lay
