Ally McCoists men were nine points behind the Tynecastle side in recent times, but with the sides now having played the same number of games, the Gers have tightened the gap to keep the pressure on Robbie Nielsons team. Law, speaking after the match last night, said that Rangers are on track to overturn the lead and get back into pole position at the top of the League. He told RangersTV: Our main aim is to catch Hearts and get to the top of the table. Weve maybe let ourselves down earlier in the season with some of the results and Hearts have been fantastic as we all know, but we feel that we are going on a good run now. Since losing to Hibs at Ibrox in the League, the Gers have been in a fine run of form, winning seven matches in a row, scoring seventeen goals and only conceding once. Law continued: Weve tightened up a little bit at the back and were still scoring goals so its a good run that we are on and we want to continue that on Saturday. Obviously we have the big one against Hearts coming up and were confident going into each game at the minute that we are playing well, keeping clean sheets and scoring goals - so its going well and long may that continue. After the disappointment of losing to Hibs at Ibrox, Law said that the players realised that they had to turn around their form. He added: We spoke about it three or four weeks ago that we couldnt afford to drop any more points, especially before that game when we go to Tynecastle, which will be a huge game there. Weve done that up until now, and we play Falkirk on Saturday which will be another tough game as theyve given us a couple of good games already this season, so its a good one to look forward to on Saturday and hopefully well look to come out of that one with three more points.///Chris72
