FROM THE SOUTH From I-395 North, exit onto 14th Street towards Washington DC. Drive approx .5 miles and turn left onto K Street NW. Drive 4 blocks and turn right onto Connecticut Ave. Drive one block and turn right onto L Street. FROM THE EAST Drive Route 50 W to Washington DC, Route 50 West becomes New York Ave. From New York, veer onto K Street NW. From K Street, turn right onto Connecticut Ave. Drive one block and turn right onto L Street. FROM THE WEST From I-66 E exit onto Constitution Ave towards Washington DC. Changes to exam appointment times, dates and locations must be made at least one full business day (24 hours) before your scheduled appointment. ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION When you arrive at the test center, you will be required to present one form of acceptable identification. The printed first and last names on your identification must match exactly the printed first and last names you provided when registering. Your identification must be government-issued, contains your name printed in Roman characters, must be valid and unexpired (clearly stated), and have a recent photograph and a signed signature. The only acceptable forms of identification at test centers located in the United States, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and Virgin Islands are drivers license, provincial/territorial or state identification, military identification, permanent residence card or passport/passport card. Temporary identification (examples include limited term IDs and any ID reading temp or temporary) is only acceptable if it is government issued, contains your name printed in Roman characters, includes an expiration date, recent photograph and signature. The only acceptable identification for international test centers and Puerto Rico is a passport/passport card. No other identification is acceptable for the admittance to the NCLEX examination. Please note - Identification from embargoed countries will not be accepted at the test centers. You will not be admitted to the examination without the proper identification. If you arrive without the proper identification, you will be required to reregister and pay another examination fee.
