sad reality :( - sent a text message to my mom me: please dont cross the 2nd bridge as it has been reported to have cracks and its not safe. mom: ok. we dont have electricity and water supply. people here are panicking .. your dad and brother tried to buy bread from the shop but they ran out fast so they were not able to get one me: :( i feel so bad for not being with you guys in time likes this. do you still have stocks for canned goods, rice, or any foods that you might have? just sleep near the door as I heard that there are more aftershocks coming that might be strong.. mom: we still have rice but unfortunately I was not able to do the grocery yesterday so we are left with Malunggay.. we still have fruits though.. me: ohh .. how i wish i could bring you some foods to eat. what is important is you need to have a flashlight, drinking water, and an open communication line just in case something happens later. I love you mom.. mom: i love you too .. please pray for us. me: i will ... crying mode :(
