same shit different court house i had same thing happen to me in Marion County traffic court, my brother in law sheriff Chris Blair did nothing about it, in fact his jail held me in this unlawful arrest, his bailiffs would not give their info, would not answer questions, would not identify them selves or give me business cards, the sheriffs office has been given all the info to prove the violations occurring in the dept. and the courts and still carries on with business as usual, seems the county commissioners have now funded his unlawful routine of creating revenue for the state, county etc., just do a freedom of info check on his e mails and see he has been served many times and made aware of his violating of rights under color of law. If you think you live in a free country, this video will change your mind. I witnessed this crime that was committed by People working in the legal system in Kane country. You have a Right to challenge jurisdiction, an once challenged, it must be proven before the court can proceed. This brave man challenged the foundation of the legal (not to be confused with Law) system, and this challenge must be met with brute force and intimidation lest the People find out the Power that is with them.
