second night up all night, so to pass the time Im reading THE SECRET TO TEEN POWER, I already read THE SECRET, good book, so I figured Id read the version made for teenagers, (educate my mind) and I found the following advice: No matter how bad things seem, theres bound to be someone worse off than you. And more than likely, that someone has made a huge success of his or her life despite having a worse handicap than the one youre currently dealing with. Understand that you are not condemned to being stuck in your past. You are not just your past. Sure, thats part of you, and maybe it even helps define you and inspire you. But its entirely up to you whether your past acts as an anchor or a launch pad. Make the choice: you can choose to play the victim and stay the victim, or change the script, stick the S on your chest, and become a hero.
