We are at the finish line. Anything raised above the goal will go to Ibrahims future monthly payments of the imposed fine (4800 NIS/ 1330 USD) so he will not have to struggle with this as much. If Ibrahim will pay his fine of 8000 USD tomorrow, he will not need to go to jail. But he still will need to keep paying 4800 nis fine every month for building his house without Israeli permission, which is impossible to obtain.
