shame shame shame. I was shocked to see how rude a member of your staff was to a bride and groom yesterday who came to have one photo in front of the Queenscliff sign at the station.. They were not aware a permit was needed or a fee to have one photo paid. (the place is usually deserted and there are no posted signs). When they arrived they were confronted by a member of your staff who waved a piece of paper at them saying they should have booked and they couldnt have the one photo they really wanted for their wedding day... The bride and groom pleaded but again where turned down their request. The groom was so discussed to be handed a form he should have completed the dropped it on the ground and walk off with his new bride... The member of staff then let loose with a number of ridiculous comments about I hope you have a GREAT wedding day nice to meet you both and various other snide comments. While driving out we found the member of staff had jumper in his 4xd and put his little amber light on the top on and pursued the bridal car to again let looses a tirade of comments like did you seriously just marry that guy. What a RIDICULOUS way to treat a newly wed couple.. You have certainly lost any recommendations from myself and im sure a good part of Queenscliff who where at the wedding. Totally disgusted. in all my year as a photographer I have never seen venue do so rude to a bride and groom.
