since it was our anniversary yesterday,so we decided to have a date, well just watch a movie and plan to have our dinner at Casa Marikit at lipa city. we rarely eat there not only because it was too expensive but due to our heavy schedule as well. even though we have our busy schedules, we make sure that well still find time to bond as husband and wife. but the prob as always are our kids, since we dont have yaya, nobody will baby sit to our 3 kukulit kids. later in the afternoon, my mother in law agreed to look for the 2 (alex,10yr and mikoy 3yr) so the middle one, casey kulit will be with us on our date as well. we left rosario around 6.30 since thats the only time we finally decide to go. we drop by at robinsons before going to casa marikit for our dinner because casey kulit was so hungry na,so we just bought jollibee for here and carry her food to casa and have her dinner with us. and this is the most disapponting part!! when we enter at Casa Marikit Ristorante Italiano, casey and I went to the washroom. after that, we went to the table to order our menu for that night and casey was about to open up her food (jollibee) but then the WAITER told us that my daughter cant have her dinner bacause they are not allowing outside food. i requested if she can eat because she was hungry too and she a kid of course,she will enjoy jollibee instead of steak, pasta or pizza. but still the waiter did not allow us. i also requested if she could just eat outside at the gazeebo and wen she finish eating, she could back inside, and yet STILL NOT ALLOWED... i didnt knew at all the outside food was not allowed becasue we rarely go there, and even though SHE WAS A KID. and our daughter. HOW PAINFUL IT WILL BE THAT WE (my husband and I) ARE EATING WHILE SHE IS WATCHING US??? WOW, very accommodating and hospitable Casa Marikit Ristorante. at times i know there are rules,,, but thats y exception to the rules rules at times wen needed. u GUYS Casa Marikit just ruin one of our special day, very nice of you! my friends and friends of friends will know about this. yes, ur foods are great, very cozy ambiance, but then CUSTOMER SERVICE is still one of the major thing guys u have to MANAGE. customer satisfaction doesnt only based on the food, ambiance, but as well as how u can satisfy ur customer by treating them right! #casamarikitristoranteitaliano #casamarikit #notfriendly #notaccomodating #customerservice #lipacity #rude
