so I am on a bit of a health kick after not going to the gym for ages...My goal is to get a bit bigger, stronger etc and Slay says I dont eat enough to match my goal of muscle gain.....so I have decided to have a food diary and attempt to eat more that I usually do. Today is day 1 of said diary and Lew came home from work as I was writing it out......we compared what we ate: Me: 1 x bulk gain protein drink, 1 long machiatto, 2 pieces cornbread with 2 poached eggs bacon rocket and maple syrup (Mrs S cafe OMG) 1x Whiskey and diet coke `1x Bread, egg and 50g chicken. Lew: 2x weetbix 2 fun sized cherry ripes 1 fun sized boost bar 3 cans diet coke 2 beers.
