so Suzanne & I decided to give the new Asian Bistro, Red Bowl a try Friday night. I am pretty forgiving compared to a lot of my friends regarding expecting every meal to come out perfect. I know restaurant help is a tough nut around here, but peeps like Outback & Ironwood do a very good job training their staff. It was obvious from the get-go that this staff was learning on the fly. After putting our order in, we were informed about 20 minutes later when the Manager comes out to our table to apologize, that our meal had to be re-entered (basically we waited at minimum twice the normal time to get our meal). I wasnt really in any hurry, so I didnt make a deal of it...but I know this Manager (who has been in & around this area for 15 years, and is apparently their regional trouble-shooter, lol). After a reasonable apology, I was expecting an offer of an appetizer, dessert, or maybe one meal comped, but I guess that was too much to expect. Factoring in that the food is mediocre at best (a blatant copy of PF Changs over-priced bland Tofu), and that was my first & last visit. If bland food, s****y service, and joker management appeals to you, here is your place.....if not, youve been warned ;-) I give em 6 months
