so during my morning with God.......He laid something on my heart! I have a college degree--i have a Bachelors Degree in the Science of Nursing. it requires me to retain a lot of information! i dont think i have EVER went to work and not had the opportunity to learn something---even after being a nurse for over 14yrs. but what if i worked as a plumber or a contractor or a school teacher after receiving my 4yr degree in nursing???? would i not forget how to be a nurse even though that is the title i own? so often we as Christians take up our degree in Christ and then get side tracked by life, our interest in the world, following false prophets, or just plan old stubbornness and letting our carnal man win!!! what if we study and LIVE in our degree daily! God is sure to give us an opportunity to learn something new everyday! the only way we can grow as Christians is to get into the Word of God, build a relationship with Him, and seek Him daily! BREAK THE CHAINS OF CONTENTMENT! YEARN TO KNOW HIM MORE! challenge yourself to spend time with Him everyday! dont have a degree in Christ and then be working for the carnal man!!! shewww! Amen!
