so, last nite my beautiful doggy was savagely attacked by my neighbours dog... fortunately he is alive and doing ok, needless to say i am heartbroken and devastated... what shall i do ? do i report the dog that did it to the police and have the neighbours on my back or do i just give them the vets bill ? my dog is nearly 12 and has not got a nasty bone in his body, he was defensless and helpless. im shattered inside.... xx
